Why most marketing messages fail.
The real reason why most marketing messages fall flat in the world of real estate is that we forget to apply the context of the message into the creative. It’s not enough to say “thinking of buying or selling, call me!”
No one calls those ads. The reason why is that there is no context to who your audience actually is. It needs to be defined who you’re talking to. The “why” part of that marketing message is missing.
If you work with first time home buyers try something like this instead; “Are you buying your first home? Avoid the mistakes most first time home buyers make. Call me and I’ll let you know what to watch out for.”
You’ve added context and defined your audience.
